This Privacy Policy describes how LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Lunsight” (ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «Лунсайт») (“Lunsight”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data of visitors of the website lunsight.com (the “Website”).
This policy applies only to the Website. The Lunsight platform (the product itself) is covered by our separate Service Privacy Notice and governed by separate agreements, including a Data Processing Agreement, provided to customers.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, Lunsight acts as the data controller of personal data collected through the Website.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide. When you submit the “Get Early Access” form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Message contents (if you choose to include one)
Data collected automatically.
- Analytics data via Google Analytics (subject to your cookie consent): approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with the Website. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Technical logs. The Website is served via Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata as necessary to deliver and secure the Website (e.g., DDoS protection).
We do not collect any special categories of personal data through the Website, and we ask that you do not include such data in the message field.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decision-making producing legal effects, and we do not sell personal data.
4. How form submissions are handled
When you submit the form, your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed by a serverless function (Cloudflare Workers). We receive a notification containing your submission via Google Chat (Google Workspace), which we use for internal alerting. Your data is accessible only to Lunsight founders and is used solely to respond to your request.
5. Cookies
The Website uses cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics). These cookies are set only if you consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on the Website or by deleting cookies in your browser. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the Website or submit the form.
The Website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers (processors) that help us operate the Website:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, security, and serverless processing of form submissions.
- Google LLC — website analytics (Google Analytics), subject to your consent, and delivery of internal notifications about form submissions (Google Chat / Google Workspace).
We may also disclose personal data where required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.
7. International data transfers
Lunsight is based in Ukraine. Our service providers listed above may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. Where data of individuals in the EU/EEA is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers rely on safeguards recognized under GDPR Chapter V, including the European Commission’s adequacy decisions (Ukraine is not covered; the US is covered for organizations certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which includes Google and Cloudflare) and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
8. How long we keep your data
- Form submissions: for as long as needed to respond to your request and discuss potential cooperation, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a business relationship or you ask us to delete your data earlier.
- Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics settings (14 months).
- Technical logs: retained for short periods consistent with Cloudflare’s standard log retention.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of your data;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent at any time (for processing based on consent), without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EU, your local data protection authority; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

10. Children
The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on the Website, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date.
